By accessing or using the AuditZK platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and AuditZK ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Core Services: AuditZK provides trading performance aggregation, analysis, and reporting services. Our platform connects to cryptocurrency exchanges via read-only API access to aggregate and analyze your trading performance.
Secure Processing: We utilize AMD SEV-SNP Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) technology for credential processing. Your API credentials are encrypted and processed within hardware-isolated enclaves, ensuring confidentiality.
Key Features:
Service Limitations: The Service is provided "as is." Availability depends on third-party exchange APIs and infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Account Creation: You must create an account to use the Service. Account authentication is managed through Clerk, our authentication provider.
Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
One Account Per User: Each user may maintain only one account. Account sharing is prohibited.
Read-Only Access: We require read-only API credentials from your exchanges. We do not request or accept API keys with trading, withdrawal, or transfer permissions.
Credential Security:
Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring your API keys have read-only permissions. You must immediately revoke API keys on your exchange if you suspect unauthorized access.
Exchange Terms: Your use of exchange APIs is also subject to the terms of service of each exchange. You represent that you have the right to grant us access to your exchange data.
Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the Service:
Tax Compliance: You are solely responsible for determining and complying with your tax obligations. The Service does not provide tax advice, and our reports are not intended to replace professional tax preparation.
Data Accuracy: You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of data displayed on the platform. Report any discrepancies to our support team.
Pricing: Current pricing and available plans are displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Stripe. Your use of payment services is subject to Stripe's terms of service.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for refund inquiries.
Free Tier: We may offer limited free access to certain features. Free tier availability and limitations may change at our discretion.
Our Rights: The Service, including its design, features, algorithms, and content, is owned by AuditZK and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your Data: You retain ownership of your trading data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.
Trademarks: "AuditZK" and our logo are trademarks of AuditZK. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

Service Provided "As Is": THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Data Verifiability: Our platform is designed to enable independent verification of your trading performance. Performance snapshots generated within our AMD SEV-SNP enclave are cryptographically secured and can be verified through TEE attestation.
Exchange Data Limitations: Data accuracy depends on exchange API availability and correctness. We faithfully process the data exchanges provide, but cannot guarantee exchange APIs are free from errors or delays.
Third-Party Services: We integrate with third-party services (exchanges, payment processors, authentication providers). We are not responsible for their availability or any issues arising from their systems.
Exclusion of Damages: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUDITZK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for service interruptions due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, cyber attacks, exchange outages, or internet infrastructure failures.
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice.
