Affiliate Program Terms

The AuditZK Affiliate Program allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to the AuditZK platform.

Program Benefits:

• Earn recurring commissions on referred customers for 12 months
• Tiered commission rates from 15% to 25%
• Real-time tracking dashboard
• Monthly payouts via PayPal or bank transfer

Participation in the program is free and subject to approval by AuditZK.

To join the program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid AuditZK account in good standing
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Have a legitimate website, social media presence, or audience

The following are NOT eligible:

• Individuals or entities engaged in illegal activities
• Websites promoting illegal content, violence, or discrimination
• Spam or unsolicited marketing operations
• Individuals previously removed from the program

We reserve the right to reject any application or terminate any affiliate at our sole discretion.

Tiered Commission Rates:

Tier Progression: Your tier is determined by your cumulative earnings. As you earn more commissions, you automatically progress to higher tiers with better rates.

Commission Duration: Commissions are earned on each payment made by a referred customer for 12 months from their first payment date.

Commission Calculation: Commissions are calculated on net revenue (after payment processing fees). The rate applied is your tier at the time of each payment.

Non-Retroactive Upgrades: When you advance to a higher tier, the new rate applies only to future commissions, not past ones.

Referral Link: Upon approval, you receive a unique referral link (e.g., auditzk.com?ref=YOUR_CODE). Use this link in all promotional activities.

Cookie Duration: When a visitor clicks your link, a tracking cookie is set for 30 days. If they sign up and make a purchase within this period, you receive credit.

Attribution Rules:

• First-click attribution: the first affiliate link wins
• Self-referrals are not eligible for commission
• Referrals must be new customers who have never had an AuditZK account

Tracking Dashboard: Access real-time statistics including clicks, signups, conversions, and earnings through your affiliate dashboard.

Minimum Payout: You can request a payout once your pending balance reaches $50.

Payment Schedule: Payouts are processed monthly, typically within the first 15 days of each month for the previous month's earnings.

Payment Methods:

• PayPal (minimum $50)
• Bank transfer / SEPA (minimum $50)

Currency: All commissions are calculated and paid in USD.

Taxes: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on your affiliate earnings. We may request tax documentation (e.g., W-9 for US affiliates) before processing payments.

Refunds and Chargebacks: If a referred customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your pending balance.

Permitted Activities:

• Sharing your link on your website, blog, or social media
• Creating honest reviews and educational content
• Email marketing to your own opt-in subscribers
• YouTube videos, podcasts, and other content creation

Prohibited Activities:

• Spam or unsolicited emails/messages
• Paid advertising on brand keywords (e.g., "AuditZK", "Audit ZK")
• Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
• Misleading claims about AuditZK features or earnings
• Impersonating AuditZK or creating fake testimonials
• Using incentives to encourage signups (cashback, rewards)
• Promoting on websites with illegal, adult, or harmful content

Disclosure Requirement: You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines and local regulations. Example: "This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you sign up."

Brand Guidelines: Use of AuditZK logos, trademarks, and marketing materials must comply with our brand guidelines. Do not modify our logos or create confusion about your relationship with AuditZK.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AuditZK trademarks and marketing materials solely for promoting the platform as an affiliate.

Restrictions:

• Do not modify or create derivative works from our materials
• Do not use our trademarks in domain names or social media handles
• Do not imply official partnership or endorsement beyond affiliate status

This license terminates automatically upon termination of your affiliate status.

As an affiliate, you may have access to confidential information including commission rates, conversion data, and promotional strategies.

You agree to keep this information confidential and not disclose it to third parties except as required by law.

Term: This agreement begins upon your acceptance into the program and continues until terminated by either party.

Termination by You: You may terminate your participation at any time by contacting us or through your affiliate dashboard. You will receive commissions earned up to the termination date, subject to the minimum payout threshold.

Termination by Us: We may terminate your participation immediately if you:

• Violate these terms or our Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Damage the AuditZK brand or reputation
• Become inactive for more than 12 months

Effect of Termination:

• Your referral links will be deactivated
• Pending commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid within 60 days
• Commissions below the minimum threshold are forfeited
• You must immediately cease using AuditZK trademarks and materials

We reserve the right to modify the affiliate program at any time, including:

• Commission rates and tier thresholds
• Payment terms and methods
• Program rules and guidelines
• Cookie duration and attribution rules

Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• AuditZK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program
• Our total liability shall not exceed the commissions earned by you in the 12 months preceding any claim
• We are not liable for technical issues, tracking errors, or third-party failures that may affect commission tracking

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuditZK, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your promotional activities
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you create related to AuditZK

Independent Contractor: You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of AuditZK.

Non-Exclusivity: This is a non-exclusive agreement. You may promote other products and services.

No Assignment: You may not transfer or assign your affiliate account or earnings without our written consent.

Entire Agreement: These terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement regarding the affiliate program.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws applicable to AuditZK as specified in our Terms of Service.
